When you log into CaFE and fail too many times due to incorrect information, you will see the following error message.
"Login failed. Your account is locked due to too many incorrect login attempts."
For security reasons, we lock the account if a number of the incorrect login attempts exceeds our threshold.
To unlock your account, you can reset your password from the link in the login screen as below.
