Why does historical balance remain the same from the initial day of import?

In order to have correct historical balances, up-to-date bank transactions need to be imported to CaFE. But as the screen structure for business owner is different from the one for accountancy firms, there is a little difference in importing process. 


 For Business Owners

Go to Integration (in the header menu) -> choose your accouting software -> you will be redirected to a screen where several update functions are available. Then select Bank Transactions.

For Accountancy Firms

You need to be in the client account first. Make sure you are in the client account otherwise you can not see Integration menu. Once you visit the client account, you can see Integration. The remaining processes are the same as the ones for business owners.
