How to close an account

You can close CaFE account at anytime.

Close an account

1. Click the user icon on the header and click Account menu.
   
    
2. Click Close this account in the page (*)
   
    
3. In the confirmation dialog, click Delete account.
   
    
4. The last message would be displayed.
   

You and your company data will be delete permanently after a period of time in compliance with our privacy policy.

* The "Close this account" link is now shown in following cases:

• you have an active subscription
• you have cancelled your subscription but it is still valid.
