In addition to CaFE Copilot, we have also made several continuous updates to enhance your experience. Here’s an overview of what’s new:
CaFE Copilot
CaFE Copilot offers several intuitive features, currently focused on support purposes. It's incredibly easy to use, just like chatting with a knowledgeable friend. You can:
- Start a Chat: Begin a conversation for any support-related queries.
- Manage Chat History: View and manage your previous chat interactions.
- Contact the Support Desk: Directly reach out to the support desk with your enquiries, including chat logs for better assistance.
Please note that CaFE Copilot is currently available only in the desktop version.

Other Updates
Weekly Insight Report
Already you might have noticed that every Monday, we send out the Weekly Insight Report via email. This report provides three key pieces of information:
- Check: Summary of alerts and items that need your attention.
- This Week's Forecast: Details of invoices expected to be received this week and the forecasted balance if these invoices are not collected.
- Overdue Invoices: Information on overdue invoices and the forecasted balance if these invoices are collected.
Quick Cash Flow Plan and Basic Budget Enhancements
- Loan and Fixed Asset Input: Now you can add loans and fixed assets with minimal information. This is useful for entering rough plans when details are not yet finalised. These added budget items can be edited directly in the table, just like other budget items.
- Automatic Budget Item Addition: If you change a Budget Item Category to Loan or Fixed Asset, the corresponding budget item will be automatically added to your budget.

Accounts Screen Enhancements
- New Layout: The layout has been redesigned for better visibility.
- Improved Filter Functionality: Enhanced filter options including text search and Account Class tabs at the top of the screen.
XERO Scope Change for Data Sync [XERO Users Only]
When syncing data with XERO, the scope has been expanded to include the "Bank statement report (Read)" due to changes in the XERO API specifications. No action is required on your part.
