Using CaFE Copilot is incredibly easy and intuitive, just like chatting with a knowledgeable friend.

Here’s a simple guide to get you started:

 

Chat

Starting a Chat:

Click the icon in the top right corner to start a chat.

 

Providing Feedback:

After receiving a response, you can provide feedback by clicking the Good or Bad icons beneath the response. 


 

Optionally, you can enter additional text feedback before clicking the Submit button.

Starting a New Chat:

If you want to start a new conversation, click the New Chat button above the text input area.

 

 

Chat History Management

Viewing Chat History:

Access your chat history by clicking the icon in the top left corner of the chat window.

 

Editing Chat Titles:

You can change the title of any chat history by selecting the desired chat and clicking the chat title link at the top of the chat window.

 

Contacting Support Desk

Direct Contact:

If you need to contact the support desk directly, click the Contact Support button above the text input area, enter your enquiry details, and click the Send button.

 

Including Chat Logs:

If the Include chat logs option is enabled, the contents of the current chat will be included in your enquiry, helping the support desk to better understand your issue.
