Important Update - September 2020

As of today, we are announcing one of the biggest changes to CaFE, since we launched in 2016.

Our vision has always been to create one of the most sophisticated, yet easy to use cash flow forecasting tools available to small businesses anywhere, and we are working constantly in the background to deliver this.

In recent months, we have released several subtle, yet important updates to the forecasting algorithms, we have released the budgeting tool for Xero users, which allows a full 12-month forecast to be created at the touch of a button, and we have introduced a coaching service. There is much more in the pipeline too, so watch this space!

Like in any business, constant innovation and development costs money and after five years of making CaFE available for free to our brilliant early-adopters, who have been such an important part of our development journey, it is now time to bring this phase of our journey to an end and start charging for our product.


What will the charges be?
For business owners we are announcing two options: an Essentials package with all basic features for £15+VAT per month, and a Business package with premium features for £39+VAT per month.

For advisers we are announcing three options: an Essentials package for £100+AT per month, a Business package for £250+VAT per month, and an Enterprise package for £500+VAT per month.

How will I select my plan?
After your trial ends, CaFE will navigate you to the pricing plans page where you will select your preferred plan option.


How will I pay?
Payment will be collected by credit card. We are using STRIPE to process payments, which has the most stringent level of security certification available.


What happens if I don't want to pay?
You will be able to terminate your subscription at any time. We'll be sorry to see you go!

Will there be a notice period after charges are introduced?
You will still be able to terminate your subscription on demand. If your request is received after the last working day of the month, we will collect one final full month's subscription when your account closes.


I am no longer using CaFE, can I cancel now?
You can close your account in the Account page at any time.
